The epoxy glue used to glue the antenna in place consists of epoxy thickened with floxed cotton fiber and milled glass fiber. Experiment with the mixture until you have a consistency that will not "run."

There are commercial product available; however, you must avoid products that are thickened with carbon due to its' electrical properties.
