Basic parts are made from 2" X 1/8" 2024-T3 angle. Sides are .090 6061-T6.

Why did I choose these materials? Simple the angle was stock left over from Brian's HP-16T rear spar carry-through replacement project. The .090 material was extra material from left over from one of Jan's instrument panel projects.
