HP-18 Kit
For Sale

This kit was purchased by Dwayne Bentzine in 1979. The kit has been in storage in Reno, NV for the past 23 years.

Dwayne is the second owner of #44. The original builder owner was Eno Petchnic of Chico, Calif. Eno only installed the landing gear in the Kevlar pod and then decided to sell the project. As a lot of builders, Dwayne started out ready to build the kit in no more two weeks time. Is there any reason to say more? No work was ever accomplished after the prep work of building the spar bench and a lot of talking. There was a local man that was going to help with the project, but he was kill while racing F-1 at the Reno Air Races. While all the talking was going on Dwayne did manage to get my sailplane add on to my power rating at Air Sailing with Earl Butler in 1981. He has not been active since then.
